What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our forms, WhatsApp, email or phone: name, company, work email, phone number, campaign goal, budget band and message.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and campaign parameters (UTM), used for security and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies, limited to what is needed to run the site, prevent abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile) and measure traffic.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a campaign plan.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.
- To send you information about our services where you have asked for it. You can opt out at any time by replying or writing to hello@genzmarketing.in.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet and emailed to our team through Google Workspace. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Analytics, where enabled, is provided by Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 36 months from the last contact so we can serve returning brands, then deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable law you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@genzmarketing.in with the email address you used; we respond within 30 days.
Children
This website and our services are for brand and business teams. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this site.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and show the date at the top. Material changes are announced on this page.
